When you use PushBackHOA, we collect the information you provide in the dispute form, including your name, address, state of residence, and HOA name. We also collect your dispute details solely for the purpose of generating your letter. We do not collect payment information directly — all payment processing is handled securely by Paddle.
The information you provide is used exclusively to generate your HOA dispute letter. Your letter content is stored temporarily in our database to facilitate PDF generation and delivery. We do not use your information for marketing purposes or share it with third parties for advertising.
Letters are stored temporarily for PDF generation and download purposes only. We do not retain your personal information longer than necessary to fulfill the service. You may contact us to request deletion of your data at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. Your data is used solely to provide the document preparation service you have requested.
We use Paddle for payment processing. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. We use Anthropic's Claude API for letter generation; your dispute details are transmitted to Anthropic's API solely for this purpose. We use Supabase for secure database storage.
